Ground Floor 1-Bedroom Apartment: Available at $1,243+ $61 for water, sewer, and garbage billback, with 328 sq feet.

Rental Terms:
Lease terms available: 6 months or 12 months.
Application Fee: $32.95
Security Deposit: $500

Move in Requires: First month’s rent, last month’s rent, security deposit of $500, current month’s WSG billback, and any applicable pet and/or parking fees.  2nd month of rent and fees will be prorated.

Additional Details and Fees:

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, and garbage billback prices are outlined above and are due with rent each month. Electricity is billed directly to Seattle City Lights.

Parking: Off-Street Parking available for $100/month with parking addendum. Street Parking also available.

Laundry: Washers and Dryers available on-site

Pet Policy:
Cats allowed with pet addendum (max of 2 cats per apartment)
Pet Rent: $35.00/month per cat

Unfortunately, we do not permit dogs. However, if you have a registered, licensed service animal, please provide supporting documentation with your application.

Renter’s Insurance: Required for all residents. Verification of valid renter’s insurance will be required after completion of lease signing.

Application Overview:

 A rental application must be completed for each legal adult prospective resident and a separate application fee must be paid for each applicant. Rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Each legal adult prospective resident will need to submit a complete application packet consisting of the following:

Once your application is approved, we ask that you provide the certified $500 holding fee within 48 hours to reserve the apartment. Once the holding fee has been paid, cancellation by the applicant will forfeit these funds. At lease signing, this $500 becomes the refundable security deposit. The remaining move-in payments are due 48 hours prior to move in.

Applications are pre-reviewed in the order in which completed applications and application fee are received. After preliminary screening, applications which do not appear to meet our Rental Criteria will be notified and will not be passed along for further review. Please note that, while equivalent applicants are processed in the order received, such other factors such as the requested date of the commencement of tenancy may result in priority of another application.
