About View West Apartments’ 1 and 2-bedroom apartments:

  • Apartment buildings have 3 floors with exterior access.
  • 1 reserved, off-street parking spot per unit for no additional fee
  • Laundry facilities are located on-site. (Each building has its own laundry room featuring 2 washers and 2 dryers)
  • All apartments have 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
  • Cat-friendly (maximum 2). Requires pet agreement, $150 non-refundable pet fee, $150 refundable pet deposit, and $35/month pet rent.
  • Tenants responsible for all utilities. Electricity is billed by and paid to the City of Milton. Water, sewer, and garbage is billed monthly by management and is due with rent.
  • Non-smoking apartment (smoking of any type must be done 25 feet away from the building)

Move-in requires first month’s rent, last month’s rent, current month’s WSG, and a security deposit of $350. If you have cats, pet fees, deposits, and rent are also required with the move-in payment.

1-bedroom apartments are 850 square feet.

2-bedroom apartments are 965 square feet.

Application Overview:

 A rental application must be completed for each legal adult prospective resident and a separate application fee must be paid for each applicant. Rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Each legal adult prospective resident will need to submit a complete application packet consisting of the following:

  • Rental Criteria and Application (all pages required)
  • Proof of Income
  • Copy of government-issued photo ID
  • Application fee of $32.95 made payable to View West Associates

Once your application is approved, we ask that you provide the certified $350 holding fee within 48 hours to reserve the apartment. Once the holding fee has been paid, cancellation by the applicant will forfeit these funds. At lease signing, this $350 becomes the refundable security deposit. The remaining move-in payments are due 48 hours prior to move in.

Applications are pre-reviewed in the order in which completed applications and application fee are received. After preliminary screening, applications which do not appear to meet our Rental Criteria will be notified and will not be passed along for further review. Please note that, while equivalent applicants are processed in the order received, such other factors such as the requested date of the commencement of tenancy may result in priority of another application.
